I am involved in the project called “Fatima House”, located on Quinsborough Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow. The exceptionally interesting form of the building, designed by Terry & O'Flanagan LTD, is the result of the architects’ dedicated work to meet a number of restrictions arising from the site’s location, while also integrating into the urban fabric and enhancing this representative area of Bray.

The proximity to the stadium introduces
issues of noise, privacy, glare and crowd
activity, while the coastal location brings
additional concerns such as strong winds andsalt corrosion.
The site's position at a prominent intersectionrequired careful consideration of access,pedestrian movement, and integration with the surroundings. 

My task was to demonstrate compliance, through verified photomontages, with all conditions and requirements — which ultimately achieved the intended outcome. The project received planning permission in 2024, and further work on the preparation of the construction documentation is now underway..
