Visualisations and drone-based photomontages of a small residential development on Grangebrook Avenue in Dublin.

In line with the architects’ guidelines, I created a three-dimensional model of the buildings and the surrounding site, based on topographic maps and road layout plans. During the design process we analysed and tested various finishing materials and assessed how the new development would integrate into the existing neighbourhood.

The visualisations were later used in discussions with planners and local authorities. The project ultimately received planning permission and the buildings have since been constructed.
