As an exercise, I created a concept for a small residential estate consisting of six semi-detached houses, making a total of twelve housing units. Each unit has an area of 148 m² and includes two residential floors.

My goal was not to create something unique, but rather to base the design on solutions already well known and popular in Ireland, with an emphasis on functionality, tradition, and cost-effectiveness. I wanted to explore whether relatively simple, repetitive, and monochromatic buildings could still be perceived as attractive.
